Powder Coating Solution

Our automated powder coating line is designed to handle simple sheet metal parts, complex structural components, as well as medium and high-volume production for industrial clients. Components are transported between process stages via a continuously moving conveyor system, using dedicated tooling and hanging fixtures.

Our electrostatic powder coating line includes the following process stages:

  • Degreasing unit

  • Iron phosphating pretreatment

  • Rinsing stations

  • Drying system

  • Electrostatic powder coating booth

  • Curing oven

Our modern GEMA coating booth operates with automatic spray guns and an advanced powder feeding system. Powder recovery technology and fast color change capabilities ensure cost-efficient and flexible surface treatment for our partners.

Our fast, custom tooling capabilities support both prototyping and serial production.

Certain surfaces of parts must be protected from coating, making masking essential prior to painting. Our experienced team performs manual masking—using tapes or plugs—to protect sensitive areas such as threaded holes and critical component features.
